Originally a 1961 Mid-century bungalow of 1600 sf, previous owners Robin and Duane Mass (an architect) embarked on a major renovation in 2017, modernizing the overall look, adding 900 sf of new space and performing a gut renovation with all new flooring, plumbing and electric. Now boasting approx 2500 sf, the Tulsa Treehouse is a 3-br, 3-bath multi-level party house that’s just waiting for cocktail hour.
